Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Half of one of my paychecks is stuck in a restaurant card that I can only use at certain places. I'm not free to use my cash the way I need it and it makes it hard to eat healthy. I'm making just slightly above minimum wage in my country, which keeps me barely above water.

The compensation is not competitive compared to market. For the work done, compensation is not sufficient.
