What does the leadership team need to get better at?
As a company we have made significant improvements for our customers and employees. There is still work to be done to consistently grow and be profitable. There has been frequent changes in management (Director), due to which leadership is lacking. This has a bigger impact on the employees.

Keep promises "Ackknowledgement, recognition, reward" not only in low cost countries but also in high cost countries.

Get rid of the time wasters, people who just go to meetings and just delegate and create powerpoints. Stop moving people into roles they cannot do to save them... If their role is gone and they are good then create a proper role for them. Get rid of the Toxic directors.

It evolves. There was a period when there was lack of transparency on the salary mechanisms, but things are different now and there is performance-driven engine that addresses your compensation level. If you are consistently well performing, you will see positive impact on salary.

Loyalty, Knowledge and Commitment don't seem to be valued and not considered critical and hence sometimes being taken for granted.

I've shared my concerns / requirements with my manager, but there has been no action for the past 1yr. Employees in my team have not received a merit increase for 2+yrs and/or their compensation is below payband. It is very difficult to motivate the team in such a scenario.

As a technical resource,even if I've been doing what is expected of someone with a higher pay grade,I can't be promoted since the processes & requirements we have for such are not really in line with the career opportunities we get.It is much easier for those in the managerial path to get promoted.

Management to set clear expectations and deal with problem back stabbing lying negative complainers who want to never improve things, and not do work.. Who are to busy driving kids to school and leaving work for other team members.
