Being actual leaders. VP is controlling and insecure. Everyone else on her "team" has to get permission from her to make a decision.

My co-workers, and the work/projects are the reason I stay at Eaton. We enjoy our work, work well together, and get things accomplished on time.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
manufacturing outside of the US has crippled customer service and satisfaction. That's not coming back. No R&D - Too cautious with jobs that are selected to bid on. Too focused on margins.
