Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compensation is low compared to other organization for same type of role/responsibilities. further, responsibilities are higher than the role pay / title.

Because most teams are understaffed, many individuals take on duties of multiple roles, which can be overwhelming, especially since the extra effort isn't compensated.

I make lower than what I used to at a previous job. The annual pay review with inflation will be a big help in the UK.

I'm tired of these old ways of working and everything being so "top down". Our management team are so pedantic and cannot see the bigger picture. These is what happens when people are promoted through the ranks and nobody is ever brought in from elsewhere to give perspective
