The friendships are the most positive thing leadership makes it hard
FCR has a great atmosphere and has a open door policy. They are very open to all kinds of life and embraces it. There is no strict dress.code and if you have tattoos, piercings and colored hair you will fit right in!
It was easy, fast, efficient
They were human, no formal seating, just real questions. There is a couple of assments before the interview but even then if you have a great personality they will work with you!
I have a fantastic second home with this company. People are always friendly and you can easily take to higher ups as they treat you like a number but a person. We are all in it to make the company great and will treat you like a equal. There is only one word like to use and it's colleague.
