What do you like best about the leadership team?
Thoughtful and direct priorities. Transparent on state of the company. Promotes collaboration, mutual respect, and ideas. Really lives the value of assume positive intent.

I really like the transparency and down-to-earth culture in the leadership team. Our CEO (co-founder) had a welcome meeting with all the new hires to share company vision! I have worked at large companies and start-ups, and I have never had a personal welcome meeting with the CEO!! Amazing!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance and incentives to take leave

Probably bonus percentage. I wish base was higher though.

The competitive salary. Firstup also has unlimited PTO and an extra bonus, the 'fruity umbrella drink' bonus if you take 5 consecutive days of vacation!

Earnest, motivated to do a good job, respectful but also willing to disagree because we are invested in the outcome, open and willing to collaborate, thoughtful.
