Honestly its the most toxic work enviroment i have ever been part of. I am part of the salary team at Woodhaven Stamping plant. Ford a company as large as Ford motor company is its hard for me to belive Ford would want there people treated they way folks are treated at Woodhaven.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We actually have a great team but its torn apart but our people leaders.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel i am fairly paid and my benifits are decent. Nothing amazing i can definitely go elsewhere and get equal or better benefits.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Upper management. The toxicity starts at the top and trickles down. Everyone is held accountable for thier actions as if it is a dictatorship other then those at the upper levels.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They preach empathy but do the exact oposite. There is no team. Between plant HR and upper management you walk around with your head on a swivle waitikg to get thrown under a bus. You can jave a provate discussion woth HR 20 min later you have people on the floor talking about your discussion.
