My team is nice. Some people in the company stuck in their old ways.

Stuck in old ways. Management of graduates is poor. Make things up as they go.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees aren't happy. Old company mentatliy. Whole building needs a lick of paint. Poor facilities. It's just so bad for a big company.
