Managers need to follow the golden rule. Most will admit they couldnt keep up with the pace that is expected of us

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I went over 10 years without a raise. We lost our cost of living compensation. I am making same money as I did 16 years ago.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We need an established start and quit time. No more forced overtime. We need a worker review board to handle grievances. 0 tolerance policies need to apply to management too.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The whole "team" concept is a joke. Our "team leader' is allowed to sleep on the job and play with his phone on social media while the rest of us "commoners" are killing ourselves on the line.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The work environment in our manufacturing facility is nothing short of miserable. No matter what workers do its never enough and management is constantly cutting heads and adding to work to people that are already overloaded. Worse work environment Ive ever experienced.
