Having managers give the team back to the team . The team doesn’t feel empowered anymore
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The team concept was stronger in the early 2000’s. Management has very little concern of what the people who do the job who do the job everyday have to say. The company could run more efficiently if the teams were empowered more.
