Manpower issues need to be addressed and the quality of workers and work ethic needs addressed also

Listening and asking questions. A lot of times they don't even know there jobs in the department
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Simple. Have them go in the plant and do a job. If they can't do it don't hire them
