I have had a great experience and was able to work part time when my children were young. In retrospect I wish I had a mentor early on to guide me better. I feel like my career has floated and never had a direction. I could have had some help early on and even now,

I feel that the company is energized to work as a team
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I still have a retirement 401K since I have been with the company for a long time
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have received more information upfront. In the past sometimes the Detroit Free Press would know first than the employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their diverse backgrounds. I'm working with Teams in Mexico and Brazil. In the past I have worked with teams in Europe. I also get a chance to practice speaking Spanish my native language.
