What do you like best about the leadership team?
All they have done to make sure I was safe during Covid19. I am so thankful to be working from home and for my job at Froniter.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Getting the same instructions from each one. Listening to the ones doing the work before rolling something out that may work in 1 state, but not in others.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having good Insurance and good pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation such as regular pay increases, benefits contribution & bonuses seem to favor associates and or upper tier hierarchy.

I retired and came back as an employee 4 years ago. I have had two 1% raises in 4 years, and the year they file bankruptcy, an approval is giver to give directors and above bonus'!!!! The people who actually make their numbers look good got nothing!

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are hard working and are always willing to help when needed. Our group genuinely cares about each other both at work and away from work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work with people who are experiencing the same stress and frustration. We can work together to relieve that stress, or find a solution to make things better for ourselves.

completing a work request and replying " it's complete- proceed with the service order!"

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing wrong. Excited is just not a word I would use to describe how I feel about going to work. Grateful might be a better word because I am grateful that I have a job to go to and that I enjoy the company of my co-workers.

The stress of the demands at my level are ridiculous. I shouldn't even be taking time to do this survey because I have so much I have to get done today. Backfilling jobs due to retirement, RIFs, in all areas has been unheard of. Everyone left has to pick up the work of the ones who left.
