What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team keeps our mission front and center in all we do. They genuinely care about the people who work for our organization and are intentional about creating a culture of positivity, fun, and growth! Feedback is welcomed, and everyone has a voice!

I like that the leadership team takes time to get to know their employees. They make connections and foster relationships. It's very uncommon to go sit down at lunch and be able to sit next to your CEO or have your COO give you Disneyland recommendations. It's clear that the leadership team cares.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that my kids get to go to Camp during the summer for free! The PTO is really generous, and all the other benefits are great.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued at all! But I am not satisfied by our dependent benefit coverage. I wish health care for my children didn't cost me so much.
