Overall, I started as a bright eyed, green entry level employee. Learned this was a great place to work. Then learned I enjoyed my work because of my co-workers and not the company. Then the distrust of the company is what banded me closer to my co-workers.

Again, the people are why I work where I work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While compensation and benefits are a complete package, they have great benefits, compensation is lower compared to everyone else. Then they promise to fix it, and don't.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm loyal to them. I grow with them, they are why I stayed working for Genesys. My co-workers are why I work where I work, not the company
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better and more direct communication, and actually stick too it. Far to many times promises were made and then broken. Lead to people losing trust in the company and management, creating a negative atmosphere.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being more direct on path forward of the company. We were told partnerships would be leveraged to grow the business and be more successful. That actually meant was half of the PureConnect product line employees were being let go in the Infosys partnership only to be replaced by new infosys employees
