Salary & benefits - a big plus!

The amount of PTO available in addition to holidays. I've worked in Hospitality for 15 years and never been able to enjoy holidays and PTO the way that I am now able to.

We receive two "Get a days" which are paid days off monthly and 8 "Get a stays" which are free stays at any location annually.

The best part of the compensation package is definitely the flexible time off options. It's awesome to have the freedom to balance work and personal life without stress. Plus, the company is super understanding if you need a day here and there for yourself, which makes a huge difference.

Some of the best things about my team are the motivation and drive that everyone has to see each other succeed! There is no short supply of support and collaboration to set every person and team up for success in every way possible!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we hire based on the person being the right core fit, and we teach the skills from there. That allows us to really start with the right culture and maintain and always improve upon it with like minded people.
