Care more about people well being. Make sure salaries are align with employees performance. Make sure Key roles in the projects do properly their work. Ensure all employees are respectful with others and follow the Code of Ethics and values of the company.

This company has excellent leaders who deserve all the recognition, and has many people in management and leadership roles who CLEARLY do not do their job well, they do not care about the well-being or growth of the employees, much less caring about the growth of the company.

They don't seem to care about retaining employees as salaries are totally outdated for today's economy. Other companies have granted upraises to their employees to help them through this tough times. Payment increase from one seniority to another is insignificant.

I'm working from Directv, they changed of owner and the transition almost all part of the time is very uncomfortable. Peers are getting fired daily, also change of strategy daily.
