What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager and VP are absolutely superb leaders. Very high EQ and a lot of experience. I can always count on them for support and they also coach me to ensure I am constantly developing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The LTIs were removed and the increase that was awarded only equated to 1 years LTI allowance so i will be massively down next year when my remaining LTIs finish vesting. The communication regardobg this from our leadership has been extemely poor

We need to function as a team or a bee hive from the start. People are overworked and have too much workload to care about improving.

Theres no time for anyone to interact with, lot of Mundane tasks, Leadership is innocent of automating and bringing efficiency. If there is more work, leadership immediately think of increasing capacity rather than how to reduce and bring efficiency.

leadership turns a blind eye to ethical "situations" that are ongoing. there are people who work here who harass and get away with it

I believe there are individuals in higher management roles in operations that are making the working environment very toxic. Engineers should not be in a position where they are scared to reach out to other teams for fear of being shouted at on zoom calls by directors.
