What do you like best about the leadership team?
Seem to want the best for employees while trying to balance shareholder expectations.

overall pretty good, tend to be a bit too upbeat and try to drive mission plan to the extreme to the point that its not believable.

Overall benefits package is good but missing good stock options for bonus eligible director level staff.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other companies our size, IT does not make similar amounts. Instead HCA compares pay to others in the market. Problem is, HCA is twice as big as the next biggest company. Compensation and benefits need to be compared to company size.
