The team is fairly new (most hired in the past couple of years). They are focused on people, but not too hesitant to make changes that need to happen to drive business success.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
HSA contributions are incredible! Pay is competitive. HealthEquity is truly remote first, no hybrid, no living in a certain radius...100% remote.

My team wants to win and everyone is dedicated to delivering remarkable experiences. There are some opportunities to improve, but the team is aware and is actively working on overcoming some of the current barriers.
