Poor manage no benefits low pay it's private owned and they don't care about employees

I would like for the company to be a little more human. Days off when I'm sick should not be counted as a fault, and I should not be sent home when I could be making overtime. Other than that, everything has been great.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Not interview everyone who applied the job and interview only the person company wants to hire. Normally a person is selected before advertising vacancy. I not sure how it happens in other hotels of Hilton.
