What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking action at a more urgent pace, especially when it comes to DI&B attrition and inclusion. It feels like there are many foundational cracks as well that need to be examined and repaired before we continue to scale at such a blistering pace.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm currently doing the work of multiple people, but feel like my compensation doesn't reflect that. Burnout is familiar and it's hard to engage in the perks/programs that are in place to prevent burnout because I'm too busy to attend them.

I feel undervalued because the programs that are in place to help employees of color often require more work on the employee's part without additional compensation (aka Leadership Councils). This requires a lot of extra mental and physical work that takes a huge toll on employees, especially POCs.
