Company is a flat org. So you are doing things beyond what the “typical” matching title is doing. Fine if you keep the titles flat, but pay shouldn’t be. Indeed has not done a good job of looking at its most tenured employees and updating market values of them through increased comp beyond COL adjus

Marketing department needs a major change. The CMO is out of the loop and teams ste both siloed and too independent kf eqch other causing much time spent on realigning hours before deadlines.
