There is a lot of respect between colleagues. There are the odd ducks out but the culture at Infor is very much about respect which I truly appreciate.
My immediate team members Capabilty and willingness to get the job done.
Comradery and friendships are good. The employees demonstrate willingness to do best for customers, but many foolish decisions since Koch involvement is ruining the motivation.
My team members work effectively together to resolve many of the issues brought about by poor management and sales decisions.
