Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am one of three primary employees involved with one of the largest portfolio projects that the company is currently undertaking. In my opinion, I am not being compensated appropriately for the hours and efforts I apply to this project.

We have the advantage of many highly motivated and capable people supporting us and our operations. Having worked in several property management companies I can say that our corporate teams (accounting, marketing, etc) are the most customer service oriented teams I've ever worked with.
