great opportunity, supportive team, high growth environment and could use some more structure. my team is understaffed and resources are tight so thats difficult. i havent seen my manager lead yet but she is kind.

my job level and pay are not aligned with my responsibilities and work load. theres not much clarity about promotions and career development

high grosth company that values the humaness of its employees. attracts and hires thoughtful and brilliant people and provides them with supports to take ownership of their learning.
