Lamar has been the best career move I have made. I love my team and I love working for a company that cares about their employees as much as they do.

This is the best company I've worked for since joining the work force. From the every day work I do, to finally attaining a work/life balance - I feel like I hit the jack pot.

Everyone is very emotionally intelligent. I am never nervous to come to my team with questions or concerns. It is a communicative and welcoming culture.

I love all the different options! Vision, dental, life, etc. - you don't get that everywhere (I've never been ina company where this has been provided)

I think they are transparent and really seem to care about the team. I feel free to be myself and come to my leadership team with anything from issues to wins.

We care about each other! Even being remote, I feel so close to my team and I understand what each person does and how they contribute to our department. I have stock in each persons' work.

My leadership team is not only inclusive and welcoming, but invested in me as a person, not just a worker. I am constantly being followed up with and checked in on which is so sweet in a workplace
