I began at Lamar when I was 26 years old . Lamar has allowed me to grow as an employee and still be able to be the kind of Mother who's very involved . The work life balance here is amazing . My journey has truly come full circle watching my first born begin his journey with Lamar .

This company has walked with me through all seasons of life. Fresh out of college , newly married , new baby , divorced , remarried , my child works for this company, and I am a grandmother. Very few businesses can say that they have the ability to retain employees the way Lamar does.

There should be a set pay scale for every single position in Lamar. I feel we are lacking in the growing and cultivating of future leaders due to the fact that a sales rep can make more than a Sales Manager and sometimes GM. Very few will fine with taking on more responsibility for less pay .
