I have had several other job offers in my 20 years with Lamar but chose to stay because of the security and the constant changes that allow me to be challenged and grow. If I had to offer up areas for improvement, it would be increased transparency with pay and a way to reduce healthcare costs.

Vacation benefits. I would like more transparency in salary ranges for all positions.

Family first and flexibility within my schedule to not miss out on important things with my son.

Security. I have trust that the leadership team will do what is necessary in times of economic uncertainty to minimize layoffs and cutbacks.
