Provide a Salary increase. Cost of living has increased exponentially while salaries have remained the same for years.

We work together cohesively and support each other. Everyone has different strengths and is willing to share those strengths to elevate others on the team.

My team understands that in order for each of us and the company to be successful we all have to treat each other with respect, do our jobs, communicate well with each other, help each other when needed and have each others backs. We also have fun at the job, makes it easier to go to work everyday.
