How our managers care about work life balance. One of the things they do is early Fridays and extra days off for job well done. You don't get that at many cooperate comapnies.

They listen to your needs, and offer solutions to issues. More importantly they care about me as a person first. They truly use the golden rule in how they do business and treat the employees at Lamar.
