Direct supervisor is a struggle but RM up are phenomenal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comp seems to be tied to tenure and not performance. There are some overachievers out there that are not compensated appropriately because they don't have the tenure. Other companies in our industry pay significantly more, but don't necessarily have the stability Lamar does.
