Everyone is more than willing to help or lend a hand or answer a question.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a clear vision of what the company is and where we want to go.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Lamar is truly a family here in our office. We have created a great work that is fun, casual and comfortable. We have team building activities inside and outside the office. We recognize milestones and birthdays - usually with food days early dismissals.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get excited to see growth both in my fellow employees and with the company. While exceeding budget or install a new location that is a great or happy time I also get excited for the simple things. Like setting up a coffee bar in the office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There should be a cost of living increase annually for all employees. I know auto and phone allowances are not considered compensation but these amounts stay the same while costs for vehicles and phones continue to go up. We are less competitive than ever in recruiting for bonus/commission jobs.
