It's fair enough to be competitive while not being so high that I feel like a target when times are tough.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having all members of the team feel accepted and appreciated. From the just hired installer to the most seasoned AE they feel like one group of people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the position I hold it doesn't seem like the compensation is on par with other companies. Based on comments from leadership and the overall conversation about compensation it appears that certain positions are undervalued in they eyes of leadership.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are focused on people rather than just numbers. They understand building great teams throughout the company is the strength of Lamar. A strong team filled with confidence and a feeling of support will weather the ups and downs of the marketplace.
