My experience has been positive. There are a lot of good things happening.

The people I work with. The new challenges everyday.

They seem to be doing a good job with the company financials.

They care about doing a good job. They care for each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people really care about the job they do and for each other.

They care about each other, our plant and our success. They pitch in where help is needed.

I believe they understand the company needs and they are trying to keep up, catch up and press forward with them.

Again most employees seem to care about their fellow employees, the plant and the job we do. It has a family feel.
What makes you most happy at work?
The joy on everyone's face when we succeed. The fact that most employees like coming to work. Helping and watching people grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is the same as it was 12 years ago when Lamar acquired us. In that same time we have doubled the revenue and cash flow.

My compensation doesn't change other than incentives. We have more than doubled the revenue and cash flow for the company and yet my compensation has remained the same.
