Again, I consider Lamar my extended family b/c THEY treat me as such.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe Lamar's pay plan could be better but I'm not, have not ever considered working for anyone else. So, I cannot say I feel undervalued necessarily.
