The Company has been a safe, friendly, positive place to work for the most part. Last year's mandates left a terrible taste in the workforce. The company used to value input from the field, now it seems like top-down management.

Company is a nice place to work with good people. The corporate office is out of touch with plant workings. They do not trust the judgement of the plant.

Team looks out for each other. Considerate and friendly. Work great together

Polite, considerate, good ethics, hard workers, leave a good impression to others in the marketplace

Only a 2% pay raise in 10 years. Nothing to encourage people to stay long term

We have a great atmosphere in the local office, but there is a huge disconnect from the National (Corp) administration

Wages have not kept up with cost of living. Going backwards. auto reimbursement often does not cover expenses. Company insurance requirements cost delays and cause inefficiencies, which impact cashflow and bonuses.
