We have build a great team that works together and helps each other. Everyone respects each other.....and we have fun!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, the importance of the family culture. Respect, flexibility and a team of people who truly enjoy working together and "winning" together
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lamar stresses the importance of family and creating a family culture within our offices. I think this is why we have so many people who come to work here and stay for a very long time....it's a great place to work!
