My team is extremely passionate and believes in my vision and the company. There is a strong sense of family on my team who come to work and want to preform their best day in and day out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that Lamar is one of the best companies in the advertising industry to work for. I believe the leadership is the best but unfortunately, the compensation doesn't match. It's the thing I battle with daily not only for myself but also to keep staff happy.
