What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our GM is not a micro-manager and keeps the team positive and focused.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We all try and help each other out and we all get along pretty well.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Daycare Option as daycare is about the same cost of a typical mortgage ($2000-$3000 per month)

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Provide additional resources. They roll out new things, like Charting, Salesforce and MOBLIs and nothing is ever right or more efficient. National sales can't even report projections to the local level. Also, many complain that there is not enough flexibility or the option of a hybrid schedule.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

More support from corporate to help local plants and more staff locally so people aren't doing 3 people's jobs. Management is the backup for coordinators bc we don't have enough people. Also, offering a remote or hybrid schedule would help work/life balance as an option for those who are reliable.
