Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Commission rates for our market is too low. Rate card in smaller markets is so low you don't make much on on most of them. Out of market commission is way too low and gives zero incentive to sell out of market and I feel iike insurance deductibles are too high.
