I started here when I was in college at age 20. These people have become part of my family. If I had to find a flaw, it's that all of the departments and even Lamar's applications are siloed - meaning they don't work together. There could be some effeciences built by collaboration.

I started here as an intern 10 years ago. My managers have always been in my corner and been there to help me succeed.

Stock plan. I wish our 401K had a roth option, though.

work hard, play hard. We all take our jobs seriously, but no one is stuffy.

They are very passionate about Lamar and all the decisions they make seems to be in the best interest of the company and their employees.
