Everybody has fun. There isn't a day we don't laugh, share stories about our lives, all while still getting the job done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I make a lot of money but that is determined by how hard I want to push. My compensation is based on my performance so that keeps me driven.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like a family. We are all here for the same goal, to be successful individually but more importantly as a whole. We push each other to sell and we are motivated when someone else achieves something.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team empowers us. They give us a "voice" in decision making. They push us to be our best for not only Lamar but for our clients. They are respectful of our work/life balance. Couldn't find a better place to work and a family to do life with than our team.
