My most disappointing thing about our Company is that we have provedied two years in a row of record growth, in Sales ans on the bottom line. This year was nto looking as big as the last two, instead of giving us something that looks reachable, they again push our budget way out there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Out local Manager is Great and very personable.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my AE's succed when they did not think they could!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great team that really help each other and are involved in tehir life outside of the building.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Company is growing at a crazy rate! They have to be doing it right with the growth and the price of our stock.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cost of living has gone through the roof, but Middle Management, SM"s is all I can really speak for have not seen an increase is base salary through these record sales years and that is majorly disappointing. With my salary as the same, I am making 15% less than I was 3 years ago.
