People are responsible for their own job description. Everyone handles their own work , nothing falls onto the plate of others...

We share responsibilities and turn over leads that are stagnant in an attempt to give someone else a shot at closing the sale.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give me the tools and training to be successful and then they get out of the way enabling me to be effective without micro-managing every aspect of the sale.
