Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Being in sales we should have more freedom and not be required to physically check in an out every day. Most companies allow work from home days but not here unless severe weather

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Organized and detailed but too many reports

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Benefits and retirement stock and other investments.

What makes you most happy at work?

Talking and interacting with my customers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I have my own office and like the privacy.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Quit micromanaging. I'm in Sales - I know the drill.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Since I started 11 years ago as an AE, I have received two commission pay cuts. UGH.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We compete with other sales reps and hardly see the shop people and meet with management to discuss budget

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've been in business for 12 years, mostly commissioned, and make less money per contract than I did 6 years ago.

What makes you most happy at work?

Letting me do my own thing and not have to do data entry and other things that take away from my Sales opportunities.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Work is fine but I do not need to socialize with people I spend the whole day with and have very little in common with.
