Making women and POC feel safe and valued. Not promoting less-qualified white men to every available position.
Setting good examples of the behavior they expect and treating employees with respect, not as a peg in a hole.
Would be nice to get a promotion/raise when added tasks/responsibilities are piled on top of work we already do. Or even for cost of living/inflation.
