One thing is we have all known each other for a long time in the DSD sales community. We all worked in sales/delivery for great companies like Anheuser Busch, and Frito Lay. Our work ethic stands alone because of that.
I think as you grow your company's business, and they always want more out of you, you shouldn't be penalized for not reaching a goal as long as you are over your best month for the same month being sought after. When you have had more than 15 plus 3-5% increases over the years (45 +%) it gets hard.
