I do enjoy working for Lamar and doing my job, meeting business owners, learning about their business and helping them become more successful.

They do LISTEN to what we have to say when we give our input.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our GM does try to incorporate things we can do outside of work, with our families, with coworkers, team building activities, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people that I work with and the prospect of meeting new people (clients) in different industries and learning more about their business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate well together and we work together towards a common goal whether that be annual budget, monthly budget, getting sales on a particular Digital board that is underperforming, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Out of state commissions being paid at 1.5% is not fair. All of the out of state business that I have has been cultivated by me through my current clients. There is still work that has to be done for these clients and to only get 1.5% is not fair compensation.
