Not as stressful as some other outside sales jobs, could make more money elsewhere but enjoy what I do.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
higher commission rates for salespeople, Lamar has the lowest commission rate compared to other "advertising sales". Less than half.
